IT Service Transition Manager Current or previous SC Clearance Required We are looking for someone with exceptional ITIL experience to lead the final phase of a service transition, including service monitoring, catalogue and provisioning to ensure the final stages go as planned. Required Skills and Experience: Excellent ITIL with certification and a strong background in service transition. Lead and facilitate service transition workstreams, coordinating between application development teams and BAU/TLS support teams. Develop and agree on transition acceptance criteria for services, govern delivery against them, and manage associated risks. Oversee transition workstream teams through matrix management, ensuring effective resource coordination and action tracking. Establish and maintain transition governance controls to identify and mitigate risks or shortfalls. Act as the Service Management lead for new services Work closely with project teams to provide operational teams with the necessary skills, tools, knowledge, and documentation.
