Job Title: Band 6 Therapeutic Radiographer Trust: Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Location: Churchill Hospital Ward: Radiology Pay Rates: £22.99 per hour Shift Patterns: 3 x 9.5 hour shifts & 1 x 9 hour shift - per week between Mon-Fri Why might this job interest you? You will be joining our friendly, flexible and welcoming radiotherapy department at the Oxford Cancer & Haematology Centre, Churchill Hospital. Where complex radiation treatments are planned and delivered to patients. You’ll be a source of hope and care for those diagnosed with cancer. Using radiotherapy, you’ll collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individual treatment plans that blend technical expertise with emotional support for your patients. What you can add: Provide safe and accurate highly specialised radiotherapy planning and treatment to patients with a diagnosis of cancer across the full range of tumour sites Safely and efficiently manipulate all complex, specialised equipment associated with the planning and treatment of patients undergoing treatment with ionising radiation.
