Hours - 40 Competitive salary and OTE Bonus plus company car Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement retail strategies to drive sales and increase market share. Lead and mentor a dedicated sales team while ensuring high levels of motivation and performance. Analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordingly. Ensure top-notch customer service by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients. Monitor inventory levels and oversee merchandising efforts to boost sales opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing department to execute promotional campaigns that attract new customers. Requirements Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the automotive sector. Strong understanding of retail sales management and customer relationship management. Excellent leadership skills with a passion for motivating and developing staff. Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to delivering high standards of customer service. Full UK driving license is essential.
