The Role: Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, managing relationships via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings. Build strong relationships and drive sales growth. Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) for key customers. Attend client meetings and deliver sales presentations. Prepare and present reports on performance. Keep abreast of product trends and ensure an in-depth understanding of company offerings and processes. Support and develop the sales team to achieve targets. Contribute to strategic planning and forecasting activities. The Person: Educated to at least A Level or equivalent, with a relevant third-level qualification being an advantage. A professional individual with strong account management skills. (FMCG would be preferred although not essential). Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop effective working relationships. Excellent numerical, analytical, and computer skills. Strong people management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Proven ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders to complete projects and business briefs. Willing to travel as required.
