The Role:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with accounting & finance firms across the Midlands region
2. Focus on permanent placements from newly qualified through to Partner level
3. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to candidate placement
4. Build your own portfolio while working with an established client base
5. Contribute to the team's growth strategy and mentor junior consultants
What We're Looking For:
6. Proven track record in public practice recruitment, with at least 3 years' experience
7. Strong network within the Midlands' accounting & finance sector
8. Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities
9. Commercial acumen and deep understanding of the accountancy market
10. Self-motivated with a consultative approach to recruitment
