Our clients who operate this premium 4 star country boutique hotel & fine dining restaurant are recruiting a Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the stunning restaurant, heading up a team of 10 front of house staff, and reporting to the Hotel General Manager.
As Restaurant Manager, you will:
1. Have a friendly yet professional persona.
2. Have experience working in a high-end fine dining restaurant, be it restaurant, hotel or quality gastro pub.
3. A sound understanding of wines is a must.
4. Be a strong leader, able to enthuse those around you.
5. Lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team.
6. Control staff management and training along with ordering and stock control.
7. Have the ability to self-manage and adapt to changing situations.
