Job Description
We are recruiting an Administrator to join our People & Culture (HR) Team, with an immediate start. The position is based at our Farnborough office on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday, with a flexible work arrangement.
The required office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with Wednesday and Friday working from home.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Support HR administrative correspondence and communication between HR and employees to enhance the HR lifecycle and information flow.
2. Provide administrative support including preparing personnel letters and contracts for staff and authorities.
3. Advise HR Managers and management on minor issues and their administration.
4. Maintain complete and up-to-date employee records for new hires and leavers daily.
Qualifications
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
2. Strong communication skills and ability to manage workloads.
3. Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
4. Experience in HR administration and support, such as handling employment contracts (desirable but not essential).
