Fire & Security Project Commissioning Engineer - Located in Liverpool with travel to Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire and North Wales
Marlowe Fire & Security are the fastest growing fire & security business in the UK. We maintain the capability to help prevent, detect and monitor Fire and Security risks for our customers. We are currently looking to appoint a new Fire & Security Project Commissioning Engineer located in Liverpool with travel to Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire and North Wales.
Basic Salary – up to £38,000 per annum
Overtime, Travel Time circa £10,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
* Carry out commissioning of fire detection and alarm systems in accordance with industry standards.
* Conduct site surveys, installation inspections, and performance testing.
* Provide technical support and guidance to field engineers and other team members.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations on all projects.
* Maintain accurate records of commissioning activities and provide detailed reports.
* Assist with system training for end-users and operational staff.
* Plan and control labour and materials required to deliver the project.
* Provide technical expertise as required on projects.
* Attend site meetings as required.
* Line management of engineers and subcontractors as assigned, including management of employee.
* Managing job profitability of assigned projects and reporting into the project manager.
* Controlling all aspects of health and safety on sites.
* Carry out installation and commissioning of systems and minor works when required.
* Ensure the maintenance of Marlowe quality and HSE standards.
Requirements:
Marlowe Fire & Security consider our people our greatest asset. We are looking for candidates who offer:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in commissioning Security Systems.
* Strong knowledge of various systems such as Galaxy, Gent, Notifier, and Kentec.
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is preferred.
* Experience of engineering projects across single and multiple site locations.
* Demonstrable technical experience with good interpersonal skills.
* Technical knowledge of Major systems and projects.
