We are looking for a Brand Manager to oversee a portfolio of well-established brands.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Brand Management
1. Manage a branded portfolio across key local brands.
2. Oversee the development of licensing opportunities, working with external partners to expand brand presence into new markets.
3. Support the Marketing Manager in shaping brand strategy for the UK market.
4. Identify market risks and opportunities to develop growth plans aligned with business targets.
5. Assist in building annual brand plans for internal teams and key retail customers.
6. Develop and execute strong activation plans in line with brand objectives.
7. Work closely with the shopper marketing team to implement branded activations.
Packaging
1. Manage the artwork development process for the brand portfolio.
2. Lead packaging recyclability initiatives in collaboration with factory and packaging teams.
Business Analysis
1. Conduct regular analysis and reporting on brand performance, including sales data and consumer insights.
2. Track competitor activity and provide actionable recommendations.
Finance
1. Support the Marketing Manager in managing brand budget reconciliation.
2. Create and process purchase orders.
3. Collaborate with the FP&A team to oversee product P&L management.
Media
1. Assist in defining and executing the media strategy for the brands.
2. Work with creative and media agencies to develop impactful brand communications.
3. Oversee ATL and BTL activation across multiple media channels.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in brand marketing within FMCG (experience in the food industry is a plus).
2. Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools such as Nielsen, IRI, or Kantar.
3. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
