What were looking for in a great Food and Beverage Services Manager Proven experience in a similar role within a 3 Rosette (or equivalent) environment, preferably in a 5 Red Star standard hotel. A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, paired with a meticulous eye for detail and commitment to the highest standards. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in building relationships with guests and team members alike. A positive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
