Salary: £24,000 - £32,000 Basic (depending on experience)
OTE: £200 - £1,000 per month (uncapped commission structure)

Are you a dynamic and motivated sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales or telephone sales? We are currently seeking a driven Internal Sales Executive to join our growing team based in Crawley.
About the Role:
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business, building relationships, and closing sales for our telecoms equipment business. Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Generation: Proactively identify and approach potential clients to sell telecoms equipment and services.
2. Sales Calls: Engage in telephone-based sales, building relationships with new and existing businesses.
3. Closing Deals: Successfully close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.
4. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
1. B2B Sales Experience: Experience in a business-to-business sales environment, ideally telephone-based. Previous telecoms experience is an advantage, but not essential.
2. Excellent Communication Skills: A confident and professional phone manner is key to success in this role.
3. Motivation & Drive: A results-driven individual with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and earn commission.
4. Team Player: Able to work effectively within a team but also thrive individually.

Location: This role is fully office-based in Crawley, West Sussex.
