Job summary As a Junior Sister/ Charge Nurse you are responsible for assessment and care of respiratory patients, prioritisation of treatment, delivery of care and evaluation. The post holder is expected to carry out all relevant forms of care with or without direct supervision, required to demonstrate procedures and to supervise qualified and/or unqualified staff within the department.
