Job summary
We are currently seeking qualified and interested clerical administrators/receptionists to provide a patient-focused service within the Radiology Department. The post holder will liaise with patients, their carers/relatives, clinicians, and administrative teams to ensure responsive and effective communication with staff, patients, and other organizations.
Key responsibilities include reception duties, call center operations, and appointment scheduling.
1. Prioritize and manage workload independently to maintain service delivery, utilizing relevant information technology tools.
2. Handle telephone and face-to-face inquiries from staff, patients, relatives, and carers, providing information, directing, and prioritizing queries to ensure efficient service.
3. Accurately manage patient data on electronic systems, ensuring effective communication within the department.
4. Collaborate with management to develop and improve administrative and clerical services.
