We are now looking for three Business Analysts to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week with remote working available (four days per week).

The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will seek to enhance our operations by reviewing day-to-day practices and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Within this role, you'll be at the heart of exciting projects, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to grasp a deeper understanding of their needs and requirements.
You will have the prospect of using a variety of tools and approaches to analyse problems, develop creative solutions while also bringing them to life and supporting the implementation of business improvements.
Additionally, you will:
1. Lead requirements management, including documenting and prioritising business, technical, and functional requirements
2. Work closely with architects and IT teams to design solutions that meet business needs
3. Undertake detailed cost-benefit analysis for proposed solutions
4. Provide thought leadership and contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis capabilities
About You
To be considered as a Business Analyst, you will need:
1. Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder management
2. Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
3. Experience producing scope and functional specification documents
4. Cost-benefit analysis experience
5. A strong understanding of BA tools and methodologies
6. Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
7. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
