The Services Delivery Manager will be responsible for the delivery of Connect 24 technology enabled services in accordance with the service standards and contract commitments of corporate and individual customers. A level 6 qualification (e.g. HND, HNC, DegreeORAt least 5 years relevant experience in a services delivery management role 2. Experience of managing teams and delivering results in a performance/target driven environment. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good interpersonal and team working skills with the ability to negotiate and influence others 4. IT literate with the ability to interpret, report and make presentations 5. Ability to plan and prioritise deployment of resources vs services requirements 6.
