Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic retail manager to join our retail team. Farleigh Hospice is a high performing organisation providing specialist palliative and end of life care for people with life limiting illness in the Mid Essex region. Our team at Farleigh has grown and evolved to meet the changing needs of the community we serve.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the retail team effectively.
2. Maximise sales potential by capitalising on local opportunities.
3. Establish and maintain successful retail processes and merchandising.
4. Delegate tasks, coach team members, and ensure effective communication.
5. Manage time efficiently under conflicting priorities.
Qualifications
You will have:
1. Significant leadership qualities and experience.
2. Ability to build, maintain, and develop a team.
3. Strong drive to achieve results and a can-do attitude.
4. Commercial awareness.
5. Friendly and approachable manner.
6. IT and literacy skills.
