Account Handler Join one of the best insurance consultancies in the region as an Account Handler, where you will manage a diverse portfolio of UK Property Claims. Responsibilities: Investigate, negotiate, and agree on the settlement of claims in a professional and efficient manner. Liaise with insured parties, insurers, and brokers to ensure a professional and timely conclusion of claims. Coordinate with stakeholders across the UK and Europe. Produce reports that comply with professional standards and internal guidelines within agreed timescales. Ensure time reporting and billing are compliant with internal standards, processing, and systems. Guarantee that invoices raised are accurate and issued promptly. Work closely with adjusters where appropriate to manage claims effectively. Attend client review meetings to discuss and assess ongoing claims processes and provide expert advice. Requirements: Experience as a Claims Handler Achieved / working towards professional qualifications Strong understanding of technical, operational, and regulatory policies within the insurance industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage a portfolio of claims efficiently and effectively. Experience in coordinating with international stakeholders is highly advantageous.
