Job overview
An opportunity has arisen for Healthcare Support Workers to join a team of experienced nurses working on one of our busy Medical wards which also looks after patients who have gastroenterology problems. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
* You will have the opportunity to develop your skills, under the supervision of registered nurses, caring for patients who are acutely ill with medical conditions.
* This ward is a busy area that provides an excellent opportunity to deal with patients in a short and medium-term care environment.
* The post is rotational between day and night duty.
* Variable hours can be offered.

Qualifications
* Good standard of general education including numeracy and literacy skills.
* To hold QCF Level 2 qualifications in Health & Social Care/Clinical Health Care.
Experience
* No previous experience is required.
* Works well both as an individual and as part of a team.
* The ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
