The Opportunity: Workshop & Parts Co-ordinator Contract: Permanent Location: Cumbernuald, Briggs Equipment Salary: £27,500 - £29,000 The Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland. The Impact you will have: Company Health and Safety guidelines to be followed at all time. Support regional team in all activities to achieve/surpass regional targets Support workshop in daily admin activities Identify and resolve any queries on workshop jobsheets and timesheets Complete daily booking in sheet Input parts requests into PIP from parts Scotland Inbox within required timescales to ensure parts reach engineer on time. Liaise effectively with internal departments with exceptional levels of customer service taking ownership of all problems through to resolution. Supporting the regional team to hit or surpass daily/ monthly SLA's and KPI's Communicate with customers to identify their needs, and resolve any disputes in order to maintain positive working relationships However this list is not exhaustive and some flexibility regarding this role is required.
