Description Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports Processing invoices and expense forms Maintaining the petty cash system Performing credit control duties Assisting with budget preparation Ensuring financial records are kept up to date Exposure to Payroll. Profile A successful Accounts Assistant should have: Experience in a similar role previously Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software. SAGE preferred but not essential.
