We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to drive new customer acquisition for our Digital Enterprise /AI/ML or Customer Experience (CX) / BPO solutions,
This role is crucial in expanding our market presence and driving growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Europe Market, a strong network, and a proven track record of selling disruptive Software / CX / BPO solutions

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree will be added advantage.
Experience:
* Minimum of 12-22 years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in selling AI /DA solution /CX / BPO solutions across the EU market.
* Proven track record of success in new customer acquisition, specifically within the TTLH industry.
Skills:
* Hands-on experience and understanding of EU market trends and have a solid customer base with strong relationship network.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
* Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close complex deals.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
Summary - If you have 12 plus years of experience in selling software solutions /KPO/CX sales out of which atleast 6 years in Europe and have the proven track record, we are looking for hunting role and not for account managers
Prior experience in AI/ML domain is highly desired
