Your Responsibilities During your first year, you'll: • Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent positions. • Create professional CV profiles for client marketing. • Work with fellow consultants to increase candidate placements and grow your own desk. • Earn commission from your monthly billings based on placements. Support and Mentorship You'll receive full support as you progress, with guidance from your line manager and peers to give you the best chance of success.
