We are now looking to recruit a motivated and creative Brand Account Manager to join our growing business. Based in Harrow (West London HA1). Salary: circa £40,000 depending on experience.The Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts and driving sales growth. This role combines brand management with account management, ensuring strong customer relationships and brand positioning in the market.Responsibilities-Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets-Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.-Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.-Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnerships to maximize profitability. -Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. -Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs and maximize brand engagement. -Address client concerns, provide support, and proactively resolve issues.-Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. -Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results. -Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.About You-Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field-4 years of experience in Sales, Brand or Account Management-Great business acumen-Focus on the customer-Great negotiation skills-Excellent organizational skills-High attention to detail-Excellent time management-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities-Great communication and interpersonal skills-The ability to work independently and as part of a team.If you are seeking an opportunity within a growing and diverse company, then this is the role for you.Apply today with your CV and a Covering Note.
