We are searching for a proactive Internal Sales Executive to work for an established IT company in the Andover area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts and will work closely with the external sales team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they also receive outstanding service and support. Key Responsibilities:
* Making outbound sales calls to lapsed and prospective clients to discuss their IT plans and requirements
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying upselling opportunities
* Handle relevant sales enquiries, providing information about products and services and closing sales where appropriate
* Collaborate with external sales team to support business development initiatives and achieve sales targets
* Prepare and send quotations, process orders, and manage customer queries
