About MIDIA MIDiA Research, a leading provider of entertainment intelligence, is seeking a Client Account Manager to join our team. About the role The successful candidate will play a vital role in both helping to support our existing client base as well as assisting our Sales & Operations functions with general administration. MIDiA has earned a reputation for high quality, thoroughly researched and sophisticated insight that is highly credible and market leading. The successful candidate will work with our existing clients to ensure they are receiving the best possible service, speaking with all clients regularly to gain feedback and helping to improve their experience. The role will also regularly report to the Senior Leadership Team on client usage and feedback. Client support responsibilities (non-exhaustive) – - Get to know our clients’ needs, preferences, goals, and work to optimise engagement - Work with clients to ensure they receive maximum benefit from all areas of our service - Administering client contract processes on our internal systems. Working with clients to sign agreements and processing related invoices - Administering contract processes with consulting clients and processing related invoices - Supporting the Client Partner with lead generation, outbound mails, monitoring of responses and ensuring all leads are effectively contacted Operations administration responsibilities (non-exhaustive) – - Ownership of administration of recruitment, i.e. CV sifting, organising screening calls, organising interview calls, getting vacancies added to website & across linked in - Organisation of induction week for new starters, working with line managers to organise induction/compliance & IT set up’s - Setting up mid and full probation reviews between line managers & new starters The ideal skills and experience for this role are: · A strong background in client support services 2 years of experience as a Client Account Manager or in a similar position Ideally having 12 months or more experience working in the Music or Entertainment industries Strong organisational and administrative skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Experience using Linked In as a recruitment tool · Knowledge of Xero, Outlook and Excel Ideal personality traits: An understanding of and passion for the business of entertainment A meticulous approach to all work, completed to high quality Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) A team player A professional, polite and positive demeanour OUR OFFER To be part of a team that helps some of the world’s most successful entertainment companies build winning strategies.
