Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, manage, and develop the regional engineering team, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
2. Oversee workflow, team performance, and management of regional operations, reporting monthly to leadership.
3. Handle complex projects requiring advanced structural engineering expertise, ensuring compliance with standards.
4. Collaborate with HR on recruitment, appraisals, and team development.
5. Contribute to client relationship-building initiatives.
6. Fulfill technical responsibilities as a Structural Engineer - Occasional design work, site visits, structural investigations and reports.
Ideal Candidate
1. iStructE or ICE Accredited.
2. Experienced in a similar role or project manager, principal engineer or associate engineer within structural engineering.
3. Extensive experience in structural engineering and a deep understanding of statutory requirements.
4. Proven leadership in managing teams to achieve KPIs and project delivery goals.
5. Strong project management, delegation, and communication skills.
6. Enthusiastic, driven, and committed to achieving company objectives and delivering excellence.
