Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales and estimating teams to develop tailored proposals and close deals effectively. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a business development role - within construction is beneficial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving results. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
