Homefirst, is Suffolk County Council's inhouse reablement service providing a short-term period of reablement. This is a great opportunity for Occupational Therapists to use their skills within this service, supporting people to reach their maximum potential linking with other professionals within health and social care.
Integrated / Neighbourhood Teams are multidisciplinary teams that are working towards offering a seamless health and social care service to customers with long term needs in a locality. This is a time of service development and there are lots of opportunities to explore new ideas and ways of working to develop the occupational therapy service and practice.
