Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 1 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Reading. If you have a love for teaching and supporting young learners in their formative years, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Planning and preparing engaging lessons for Year 1 students
* Delivering high-quality teaching to a diverse class of pupils
* Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback to both pupils and parents
* Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
* Collaborating with colleagues to support the wider school community
* Ensuring all safeguarding and school policies are adhered to
About You:
* You are either a qualified, experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) with a passion for working with young children
* You have a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
* You are enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to differentiate your teaching to meet the needs of all students
* You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
* You hold a current DBS or are willing to undergo a DBS check

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
