Main duties of the job
We understand that as a Homecare Worker, you're committed to making a difference in people's lives. What You'll Do: As a Community Care Worker, you will provide person-centered care to individuals living in their own home, especially those with acquired brain injuries and learning disabilities, assisting them in daily tasks and promoting their independence. You will:
1. Offer companionship and emotional support
2. Assist with personal care, mobility, and nutritional needs
3. Help administer medications and follow individual care plans
4. Encourage rehabilitation and social activities to enhance well-being
5. Be a trusted support system for your clients, helping them achieve their personal goals
What We Need From You:
* You must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK
* A Full UK Driving License is preferred
* A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
* An enhanced DBS (which we'll help you apply for and cover the cost)
* A caring, compassionate, and dedicated nature
