The ideal candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Intermediate/Advanced Excel. This is for an experienced candidate with solid bookkeeping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. VAT expert/experience; standard, cash, and partial exemption.
2. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
4. Strong knowledge of Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable processes.
5. Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.
6. Prepare financial reports including balance sheets and income statements.
7. Detailed knowledge to prepare the VAT Return (including partial exemption VAT).
8. Knowledge to post complex journals, payroll journals, and intercompany reconciliation.
9. Managing filing of documents efficiently both on the system and manually.
10. General administrative activities.
Working hours: 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
