Our work benefits a wide range of people from different backgrounds. We help these beneficiaries achieve better physical and mental health, better relationships with others, and overall improved quality of life.

Detailed description
Our service users need us now more than ever. With your help fundraising, we can support more vulnerable people across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Essex. We are looking to build a team of amazing people that can support our fundraising activities.
Tasks may include:
1. Organising fundraising events of your choice within the local community;
2. Encouraging people to join in;
3. Ensuring events are run in line with Health and Safety and Safeguarding policies and procedures;
4. Sharing ideas and successes to inspire and support other Community Fundraisers;
5. Working with the Fundraising Team to engage the community, organisations, and businesses.
Out-of-pocket expenses will be reimbursed.
Personal qualities are very important for volunteering roles. You will need to be reliable, friendly, enthusiastic, and have a positive attitude to life. We also value great communication skills. These all need to be coupled with a commitment to substance misuse recovery principles.
The application process will include an interview, referencing, and, if appropriate to the volunteering role, checks with the Disclosure and Barring Service.
