The Senior Cluster Revenue Manager will:
Oversee your team to support the market share and profits for multiple hotels through the strategic coordination of revenue management processes and procedures for up to 30 hotels.
Ensure that the sales and pricing strategies within your team are based on sound commercial judgment through effective analysis and reporting.
Identify and maximise on all possible opportunities and minimise any risks.
Actively engage in all revenue decisions by maintaining regular communication to effectively implement, drive and review optimal strategies and control.
Lead a team of 6 to 10 Revenue Managers.
Have strong leadership skills.
Experience of OnQ, Ideas.
As Senior Cluster Revenue Manager, you will have:
At least 5 years Cluster or Regional Revenue Management experience.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Great influencing, leadership, planning, organisational and communication skills.
A commercial and proactive approach.
Great training and coaching skills and introduce change effectively.
Agility to respond to different work situations, be accountable and resilient.
The ability to impact and influence at all levels.
