Job Title: Marketing Director
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9-5
Contract: 12 Month FTC
Job Purpose
As the Marketing Director you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and driving the marketing strategy to elevate our portfolio of brands across the UK. This role is critical in growing our brand presence, driving customer engagement, and ensuring alignment with our overarching strategic goals.
The Marketing Director will lead a dynamic team, drive customer-centric campaigns, and leverage data and insights to continuously optimise marketing efforts and enhance the group’s reputation, reach, and impact. The role will also play a key part in championing Outcomes First Groups vision and mission ensuring the delivery of compelling messages to engage internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
* School Marketing: Lead marketing initiatives to support our 90+ UK schools to promote and manage their brands.
* Growth and Expansion: Support opportunities for growth and guide expansion into new services and markets.
* Internal Comms and Engagement: Oversee the development and implementation of strategies to communicate our culture and engage teams.
* Brand: Develop and manage the UK portfolio of brands ensuring consistency and alignment with the Group brand.
* Employer Brand: Collaborate with HR and Recruitment teams to strengthen our reputation as an employer of choice.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, adjusting strategies based on data and insights.
* Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
* Reputation Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to manage crisis communications.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within a multi-site or service-based organisation.
* Strong track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and brand awareness.
* Deep understanding of brand management.
* Experience in developing compelling campaigns that resonate with audiences.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
* Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
* Data-driven mindset, with experience in marketing analytics.
* Experience in leading employer branding initiatives.
* Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a marketing team.
* Experience in managing a marketing budget.
* Highly adaptable with the ability to pivot strategies based on changing needs.
