Job Description:
Reporting to the Head of Change Management, Operations, Europe, the Analyst is responsible for helping to run multiple change initiatives across the Operations teams in London and Dublin. The role will also work closely with the Operations teams in other regions to ensure a high degree of global awareness and coordination of efforts.
Accountabilities:
* Providing hands-on input and challenge during the problem statement articulation, planning, and execution phases of an assigned portfolio of change initiatives. Developing, collaborating and executing change delivery activities that align to the Global Operations and Business Services Operational and Risk & Control frameworks.
* Representing the Operational teams during workstream meetings and advocating for Global Operations' requirements and goals.
* Responsible for the execution of assigned portfolio of Strategic Change Programs by working closely with key stakeholders and program managers, addressing issues with speed and purpose, and ensuring delivery of project activities within agreed timelines.
* Applying industry knowledge to challenge the status quo, identifying, and framing future change opportunities.
* Facilitating communications with all stakeholders, in particular Global Operations and Business Services teams and our Front Office, Technology and Control partners.
* Identifying gaps and offering creative solutions to operational processes to drive revenue, reduce risk, and improve client satisfaction.
* Influencing various stakeholders and bringing consensus on goals, plans, and resolution of issues.
* Building strong relationships and working collaboratively within Global Operations and Business Services team.
* Willingness to seek out additional support or guidance (problem solve) where necessary to provide accurate and timely information.
Job Requirements:
* At least 3 years experience working within Capital Market Operations.
* Working knowledge of the full end to end life cycle of at least 1 of the following products: Commodities, FX, Derivatives or Fixed Income.
* Strong prioritization and organization skills, ability to organize and manage multiple streams of work.
* Sound analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and ‘think outside of the box’.
* Highly motivated individual with a proven track record to deliver results.
* Ability to work with a high degree of urgency and translate that urgency to working group members and project partners.
* Confident with strong communication skills and an ability to articulate complex issues in a concise manner.
