Estimator Administrator - Facilities Management
Description
We are working with a Facilities Management business in Liverpool who are currently looking for an Estimator Admin to support their service desk teams on a full-time permanent basis. The role is based on site.
The role involves estimating low value M&E or building fabric remedial works. Key skills involve communication, Excel, organisational skills, arranging remedial works, supply chain management, and using CAFM systems.
Requirements
Ideally, you will have experience working in a similar role within FM, Building Services/Maintenance, or Construction. Experience of working in a phone-based/administrative role is also required.
