If you have a background in scaffolding, marquee builds, staging, or event structures, we want to hear from you!Who We Are: Crew Force Solutions is the UKs newest event crewing provider, offering expert workforce solutions for temporary structure builds, exhibitions, TV & film productions, and large-scale events. We work with leading event organisers, production companies, and contractors, providing skilled teams who bring events to life.What Youll Do: ?? Build and dismantle temporary structures for major events, including marquees, grandstands, and staging.??
Work within a skilled crew, ensuring efficiency, precision, and top-tier workmanship.?? Follow strict safety guidelines and maintain a professional approach at all times.?? Communicate effectively with team leaders, site supervisors, and fellow crew members.??
Travel nationwide to work on exciting projects in a variety of locations.What Were Looking For: ? Experienced builders of temporary structures (minimum 1 year in event construction, scaffolding, or similar).? Physically fit and comfortable working in demanding environments.?
Strong teamwork skills reliability and a proactive attitude are a must.? Health & safety-conscious, adhering to PPE and site regulations.? Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including early starts and long shifts when required.Whats in It for You?
