Bookings Administrator - Richmond, Surrey FULL & PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE Sports Generation delivers superior quality swimming lessons for toddlers and children, developing the next generation of safe, confident and capable swimmers. We pride ourselves in delivering clearly defined and structured swimming programme, based on solid swimming principles which have been developed and refined by an experienced team over many years. Summary of Position Organised, articulate and service driven you will thrive in a fast-paced office environment and will be responsible for the service delivery from our Richmond office 5-days/20-hours per week. You will be working towards a team daily, weekly and monthly sales target. Sales will include retention, new clients and intensive courses. As well as achieving your target each day, you will be measured on your ability to reply to clients quickly and efficiently. You will liaise with coaches to gather feedback or to communicate booking changes. Primary Responsibilities Responsible for all front-end service delivery you will ensure Sports Generation philosophy and approach is promoted at all times with children, parents and with prospective clients. Working daily in the head office from 9.30am to 1.30pm you will have natural administrative talent and a keen eye for detail. Providing a first-class booking service to all prospective and current clients. A natural enthusiast, you will be positive, articulate and deliver outstanding service. You will be measured against the programme operating at a minimum of 95% capacity during term time and intensive course weeks. If this percentage is not met, then you will take responsibility to contact the prospective clients.
