We are looking for a Receptionist to take ownership of front-of-house operations, ensuring a world-class experience for clients, visitors, and tenants. This role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, solving problems, and setting the standard for outstanding customer service.
This is more than just a front-of-house role – it’s about delivering a concierge-style experience, and making sure every interaction is seamless.

The role will support a small team of senior receptionists and will also work closely with the concierge team and the client services team.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Ensuring a first-class welcome for all clients and tenants, both in person and virtually
* Acting as the key point of contact for all client service-related queries, providing expert assistance and proactive support
* Offering concierge-style services, such as booking taxis, making restaurant recommendations, and arranging other client requests
* Organising resources effectively to ensure the reception and client service areas run smoothly every day
* Handling conflict resolution, ensuring client requirements are balanced efficiently
* Liaising with the Facilities Manager on tenant communications and service requirements
* Managing relationships with external providers, including catering contractors, and ensuring service quality meets expectations
* Maintaining housekeeping standards across the client and reception areas to the highest level
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a customer service, ideally client-facing environment, such as reception, office management or customer service type role
* A natural problem solver who can anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions
* Excellent communication skills, able to adapt to different clients and stakeholders
* Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
* A positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
