To be instrumental in maintaining and improving the standards of Hatchery hygiene through the use of current procedural and technical standards to optimise the work load (surface and in-process equipment) and to attain the highest hygiene and welfare standards. Plan, direct, and coordinate work schedules and staff to achieve the highest standards of hygiene within the Hatchery. Hours of Work Full Time - 40 hours per week Monday to Friday - 15:00pm to 23:30pm 1 in 4 Sundays to be worked on a rotational basis
