Join our Regional Civils Team as a Site Agent on our new Manadon Project in Plymouth where you'll deliver complex work that really matters to our business, and the world around you. As a Civils Site Agent, you will provide management, leadership, and control of a multi-disciplinary team comprising Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers & Foremen.
What you'll be doing
As a Site Agent, you will:
1. Oversee Sub Agents, Engineers, and Foreman
2. Set targets and KPI's in line with Project objectives and monitor performance
3. Ensure site audits are undertaken and take appropriate action on the findings
4. Appraise improvement options and lead/instigate actions as appropriate
5. Implement systems and processes to manage the quality of the constructive works
6. Manage sub-contractors' performance based on KPI's
7. Ensure the production of operational target programmes to reflect the overall construction programme
Minimum Requirements
* Previous experience of working in a Site Agent role
* Experience of working on a Civil Engineering/Highways Project
* Experience of managing a team and sub-contractors
* Good stakeholder management
* Knowledge of NEC forms of contract
* CSCS/SSSTS OR SMSTS ticket
* First Aid
