We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative with a background in call center operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, adept at problem-solving, and passionate about helping customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
2. Resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
4. Provide information about products and services.
5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
6. Achieve performance targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities.
4. Proficient in using computer software.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
