The role
The Project Director will be incredibly client-facing and lead a team while overseeing large scale projects from start to finish. You will lead the full project from event logistics, production, creative, and content by working with client stakeholders and internal departments. These are large events with budgets to match and are full service across the agency.
About you
This role requires experience in delivering production led large scale events and having worked in an events agency to understand the processes and pace. Big budget management and a focus on content delivery in events, along with some exposure to logistics, is key. You must have the ability to lead a large event project from start to finish, including on-site execution. Line management is imperative, and you will need to drive for this role due to the locations of some events. The role is 2-3 days a week in the West Midlands office and the rest remote.
