Providing high-quality accounting, taxation, auditing and advisory services that help each client achieve their goals.\n\nProvide advice to a complex client base, manage relationships and learn a variety of technical skills and work on national and international business.\n\nAbout The Role\n\nWe are seeking a highly experienced and motivated TAX MANAGER with a strong background in accounting and tax compliance, as well as experience working in a PRACTICE setting. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's tax compliance and reporting, as well as providing strategic tax planning advice.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n- Work in the Advisory Team.\n\n- Interact with and manage clients.
Client facing role immediately – meeting with companies over £200 million in revenue, providing and learning tax advice.\n\n- Preparing complex tax returns for FTSE 100 companies in industries such as Technology, Finance, Real Estate\n\n- Oversee all aspects of the company's tax compliance and reporting, including preparing and filing tax returns, managing tax audits, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.\n\n- Provide strategic tax planning advice to management to minimise tax liabilities and optimise tax efficiency.\n\n- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for tax savings.\n\n- Develop and implement tax strategies to support the company's business goals and objectives.\n\n- Manage relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and tax authorities to ensure timely and accurate reporting and compliance.\n\n- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as finance and legal teams, to provide tax advice and support on business transactions and initiatives.\n\n- Assist with tax-related projects and initiatives, such as mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and transfer pricing.\n\nQualifications\n\n- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience\n\n- ACCA, ACA, ATT, CTA qualification is preferred, or qualified by experience\n\n- 3 Years+ of experience in accounting and taxation, preferably in UK Public Practice\n\n- Has FULL working rights in the UK and will NOT require sponsorship\n\n- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify tax planning opportunities and risks.\n\n- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.\n\n- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in supervising and mentoring staff.\n\n- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\n- Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office suite.\n\nPerks\n\n- No time-sheets\n\n- Paid Time Off: 35 days paid Holiday Leave\n\n- Work from home policy, allow school pick up and drop off\n\n- Comprehensive ACCA study support\n\n- Three-month salary & performance reviews\n\n- Tailored, hands-on training from Ex-Big 4 partners.\n\n- Monthly external training plus regular office sessions & catch-ups\n\n- Parking and bus stop on the doorstep.\n\n- Progressive & cloud-focused firm investing in technology & your development\n\n- Social environment, and numerous staff events\n\n- Weekly lunch group exercise classes and social events.\n\n- Fully comprehensive Healthcare plan, including hospital cover, dental & vision
