Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a successful and forward thinking fenestration manufacturer who are looking to employ an experienced customer service manager. The right candidate will have current or previous experience working within a similar role within the window and door industry.
The role:
1. Organise repairs and remediation after our windows & doors
2. Identify issues which need attention
3. Gain a greater understanding of the nature of the problem and how to resolve them
4. Order appropriate replacement parts
5. Manage and arrange for an engineer to attend the property/site to make repairs
6. Training will be given where needed
The candidate:
7. Have current experience working with a customer service management within a manufacturing environment
8. Experience managing a team
9. Be technical minded (advantage)
10. Be able to think on your feet and de-escalate issues promptly
11. Have excellent communication and customer service skills
12. Must currently reside in the UK
13. Have excellent organisational skills
