An excellent opportunity to join a well-respected Housing Association on a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension. Based in Newbury with the expectation to work from the office at least 2 days per week, working from home the rest of the week, or in the office if that is your preference.
Salary: £32-£35k per annum depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
* Dealing with safeguarding queries
* Dealing with ASB issues
* Dealing with tenancy breaches
* Triage housing queries from tenants regarding issues such as safeguarding, anti-social behaviour, and tenancy breaches, ensuring customers' needs are catered for.
* Carry out case management work.
* Support customers by telephone, email, and through digital channels, actively engaging with them to understand their issues and resolving them in a timely and appropriate way.
* Be part of a small, supportive, and growing team where you'll share experience, knowledge, and ideas.
Requirements:
You should have previous experience of delivering a range of housing management services, be self-motivated, and be highly organised.
