Specialise in coaching boys' sports, including football, rugby, cricket, athletics, or other competitive and recreational activities. Encourage students to develop teamwork, resilience, and a lifelong appreciation for physical activity and health. Design and implement engaging and inclusive lesson plans that cater to students of all abilities. Play an active role in the school’s extracurricular sports programme, coaching teams, organising fixtures, and running fitness initiatives. Foster a positive and inclusive sporting culture where all students feel encouraged to participate. Candidate Requirements Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field. Formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g., PGCE). Experience coaching or teaching boys' sports at school or club level. Passion for sports education and promoting physical well-being. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Commitment to fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
