Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the effective operation of our service and maintenance department in our Irlam depot by coordinating service requests and providing support to ensure efficient service delivery.
What your role will entail:
As a Service Administrator, you will act as the first port of contact for service queries, liaising closely with colleagues within the service department.
An understanding and knowledge of service in particular in plant hire or similar would be an advantage. You may also be required to assist with any other tasks within the service department from time to time.
Duties Include:
* Undertake duties in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures.
* Lead by example and ensure all company procedures and standards are met.
* Answering incoming calls.
* Responding to emails.
* Dealing with customer enquiries via phone and email.
* Assist in resolving customer queries.
* Assist in arranging 3rd party attendances.
* Raising jobs.
* Reviewing and closing down completed breakdown and service jobs in a timely manner.
* Reviewing and recharging damages for 3rd party and internal repairs.
* Raising Purchase Orders.
* Overseeing hires, recharges, and breakdowns.
* Inputting data.
* Creating and updating spreadsheets.
* Ensure all personal data is collected, stored, and processed in line with the Data Protection Act (DPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Company Policies.
* Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
