This is a role for a production chef cooking fresh food from scratch. You will be preparing breakfast, lunch and teas for our residents taking care of their individual nutritional needs. This job will give you the experience you need to work in the catering industry, and your skills will be in high demand for the foreseeable future.
Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

You will be supported by Doncaster Council’s adult social care apprenticeship incentive Scheme: • £400 worth of amazon voucher, to be paid in quarterly instalments, if on track with off the job training assignments. • Claim up to £100 worth of uniform/work clothing costs • Claim up to £28 per month travel expenses • Claim £5 reimbursement on blue light card and gain access to discounts with hundreds of retailers. You must be able to travel to and from work and college. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
