Job Duties:
* Supporting teachers in delivering educational activities
* Assisting students with learning tasks
* Supervising students in classrooms and during breaks
* Providing one-on-one support to students who require extra help
* Assisting in the preparation of teaching materials
* Helping to maintain a safe and positive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
* GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
* Experience working with children or young people
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Experience:
Prior experience working with children or young people
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of educational practises and principles
* Ability to provide support to students with varying needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications:
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* First Aid certification

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
